THE Performance Improvement Conference in Montreal!

THE Performance Improvement Conference took place in our fair city, April 28 to May 2nd. And the ISPI Montreal community did the city proud: chapter of excellence for communication, chapter of merit and presidential citation for conference support. But that’s not all!

Our very own Sonia Di Maulo nabbed an award of excellence herself for The Apple in the Orchard.

The case competition saw two teams from Concordia University match wits.

Team Emu and Team Boost were fierce competitors. Team Boost won.

Fellow chapter leaders discussed challenges and solutions.

Members from ISPI Bay Area, Boise, Potomac, China, Chicago, North Carolina, Hampton Roads and Montreal chapters.

We presented the results of our community service project with the Kidney Foundation of Canada.


We spent these days meeting friends, old and new, novices to experts.
